Here Is A Great Letter For Debt Collectors If You Live In Texas:
hi mark………….i bought your course just recently and i like it very much…..BUT……….i need answers for 2 questions…………how many items(listings) do i dispute at the same time?…(in the course u send out 15 for some guy) isn’t that gonna red flag my credit report? and i won’t be able to dispute anymore?……………..ALSO….if i have an unpaid account and i dispute it and get it removed, won’t it come back up again?……………MARK PLEASE HELP ME HERE………..I AM STARTING MY CREDIT REPAIR BUSINESS NEXT WEEK
Hello Collaboration 101,
I answered your question to the e-mail address you supplied. You bring up a great question that comes up often in credit repair.
There are many “theories” out on the Web about what is the magic number of items to dispute on any given letter. As I state in my book
and in my workshops. If you send in dispute letters the way I teach, you will never have a problem with the disputes being rejected or having
your credit reports “red-flagged”.
It is your government guaranteed right to have “…accurate and up-to-date information in your credit report”. The credit bureaus can not
legally limit your disputes anymore than a judge can’t tell you to use “less words” when defending yourself from accusations in a court of law.
Thanks for the question…keep ‘em coming
